Built for the people who win business.
ProposalForge is a small product team obsessed with the moment between hello and the signed deal.
Most freelancers and small agencies lose deals not on price or quality but on speed and polish. They win the conversation, then spend three days writing a proposal that looks like a Word doc, and the lead goes cold. We built ProposalForge to close that gap.
What we believe
The best proposal isn't the longest. It's the one that lands two hours after the discovery call, says exactly what the client's about to ask, and feels expensive because it looks expensive. AI can do most of that work; you just have to add taste and pricing.
Speed compounds. When proposals take ten minutes instead of three days, you send more, follow up more, and learn which patterns convert. Win rate is a function of velocity.
Branding matters at the close. The brief was functional. The proposal is theater. Your logo, your colors, your voice — all of it on every artifact — tells the client what working with you will feel like.
What ProposalForge is
A web app that takes your brief and turns it into a polished, branded proposal in minutes. You can edit anything. The recipient opens a beautifully-typeset web page (or PDF), signs with one tap, and your dashboard tells you the moment they did.
How we're built
ProposalForge is a small, independent SaaS run from Australia. We host on Vercel, run our database on Supabase, and use Anthropic's Claude for AI. We don't take VC money. We charge fair prices and cancel-anytime. We treat your data like our own (read our privacy policy and security overview).
Where we're going
Next on the roadmap: client comments inline on the proposal, version history, follow-up automation, and a public template library. None of it requires you to learn anything new — if you can write a brief, you can run a proposal pipeline.
